Ireland

In the fall of 1993, I went to Ireland.  To this day, I still dream about it and it seems like it was yesterday. I am sure things have changed by now, but back then there were few retails chains. No big box stores. Nothing American. Owning a car was a true luxury and not everyone had one.  Life didn’t revolve around work or television. However, it was of the utmost importance to have a good time. So different.

Main Street Mystery

This is Main Street in the opposite direction of the train station. This is Main Street before it smelled funny. We were walking back, towards the train station, when we noticed the smell that we thought had come from the wheeled garbage barge on 27. It was following us?  No. A truck lost part of it’s load under the train overpass.

Manure everywhere. “Stinky!”, said Agent M.

Living in a small town is fun.
