100th day of school.
Get beads. Have junior count beads. 100 beads. Sew onto t-shirt. Do not let junior handle needle. Wonder later why carpal tunnel is acting up. Make mental note to use hot glue next time or try to convince junior that beads three years in a row is passe.

Being a six-year-old is tougher than I thought. Last Friday, Agent M wore one of the bunny shirts to school (her choice). She came home from school completely flustered that none of the kids were impressed with it, even when she explained to them, that mom made it for her. “They didn’t get it!”, she said. I wasn’t sure if I should try to explain that most other moms do not draw cartoons. Although, they are quite capable of ironing things onto shirts. Sigh.
