Excellent Avocado Sandwich

Toast some bread. Two slices. When they’re toasted to your liking, apply mayonnaise to one slice and arrange sliced avocado on the other. Scatter a goodly amount of your favorite hot sauce on the avocado (I like Goya Salsa Picante). Top with second slice, mayo side down.

Wednesday Creativity

We volunteered at a local hospital. The kids decorated poinsettias, supplied by Metuchen-Edison Hadassah and Wegmans. We delivered them to patients in the rehabilitation wing at JFK Medical Center in Edison. Doing something that puts a smile on someone’s face feels pretty good.
