The new sketchbook performed well and was not jettisoned along I-95. It was interesting seeing the difference in the trees here, there and inbetween. Spring seems not to have made it to Connecticut yet. Spring-like weather seemed to have been left behind in New Jersey (or maybe it fled for points further south). The outdoor festivities on Saturday in the greater Boston area might have been nicer if I were wearing a parka and mukluks. The high for the day was 42 degrees. Note to self: Short skirt bad idea in May in Massachusetts.
